Rhonda: Hi y'all. Check in and embarkation are a breeze when you book a suite on a ship. We had the VIP line with the sushi and treats instead of the mile long line in the hot sun. They walked us straight onto the ship to an elevator reserved for the "VIP's". And took us to a steak house to have lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. Then when it was, our butler ( who are we?? ) had a bottle of Champaign, a fruit basket, little petite sandwiches, and an ice bucket with water waiting. And a happy birthday card for me. To say we have been treated like royalty is an understandment.
Internet access is a little frustrating though so we will post when we can. We know endless talk about being on a cruise is boring so we will try to just post on cruise stop days and so odds and ends we left out before.
I had the most wonderful massage today. I had knots everywhere. We have walked so much that my feet felt beat up. I was a noodle when I got out. I wish I could bottle that feeling and take a swig of it everyday.
We do have a stop tomorrow so hopefully we will have lots of adventures to tell you about!
Love y'all.
